Well maintained building with a security entrance and intercom. The apartments are big and spacious, and I like that they have on site management that is super friendly and helpful. It is in a quite residential area and has an outdoor playground area for the kids with a lot of open space and not much street traffic. Waseca is also a great town to raise a family. Really a nice place to live.

Summit on Second is a well-maintained apartment building. I like the residential setting with a lot of grass and trees surrounding the building and it is situated in a nice neighborhood. The rooms a big with a fair amount of room for an apartment. I like the onsite management as well as maintenance both are friendly and responsive. I also like that they allow cats.

Waseca is the county seat for Waseca County, Minnesota located about 1 hour south of Minneapolis sitting between Mankato and Owatonna. Its population is about 9,200 people. Waseca is known for being easy going and having a friendly atmosphere.
